On Saturday night, during all the excitement of the final of Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions, Ant and Dec took a break from proceedings to get us all talking. They told us to forget about the acts, the judges, and all other distractions, and instead take a few moments to talk to each other. This is all part of ITV’s new mental wellness campaign, Britain Get Talking, which aims to tackle the rapid rise in cases of anxiety and depression among British children. This message hits home for one member of our This Morning family. Kem says he had to hit rock bottom before he could recover from his debilitating anxiety. He joins us this morning alongside his mum Figen to tell us about his lifelong struggle and keep Britain talking.
